ITS is a full featured item authoring, item banking, test design and work flow management system that handles all aspects of assessment construction for both online and paper administration. It supports a wide array of standard and technology enhanced item types (including authoring complex machine scoreable rubrics), different types of test designs (fixed form, item adaptive, multi-staged adaptive etc), packaging and exporting test and item content to Cambium Aassessment's  Test Delivery System (TDS) for online administration, and providing powerful reporting capabilities for content developers, psychometricians and educators.
