Kite Suite is designed to deliver next-generation, large-scale assessments through a web-based system accessible on numerous devices, including desktops, laptops, and tablets and through a variety of operating systems. Kite Suite is comprised of multiple applications that work together to support different audiences and user types involved in assessments and educational technology. Test Developers and administrators can work with multiple content development providers to combine their content while using a variety of assessment item types to support their test content needs. Use our user friendly import of existing items from vendors or develop new items within the system. Kite Suite is designed to allow Test Developers a choice of delivery methods.

Kite Content Builder is the authoring tool within Kite Suite developed by Agile Technology Solutions in collaboration with multiple partners through grants and state contracts to serve diverse and custom content needs in multiple delivery methods. It is built to design training, formative, interim and high stakes tests in one location and supports professional, state or national content standards. Content Builder maps your specific metadata needs and ensures they are set to qualify your data to fit your requirements. You can challenge testers with compelling, simple multiple choice, performance-based, or technology-enhanced questions with rich media. Items can be aligned with psychometric statistical data for further analysis across your item bank and you can set simple or complex scoring rules. Using our Kite Content Builder QTI tools, users can now import items from other item banks or export your own to share with other assessment or LMS systems.
