Tevera

Tevera elevates field experience and program outcomes for higher ed institutions. Tevera is a relational database that facilitates student field placement, streamlined document delivery, time tracking, HIPAA compliant video uploading, assessment management, and outcomes reporting. Tevera delivers value for stakeholders at all levels, from student to program administrator,  through  intuitive interfaces and specialized roles for (1) students, (2) faculty, (3) external field staff, (4) academic department leadership, and (5) alumni.

1. Students can secure field placements at sites suited to their goals and interests; complete and delegate field placement paperwork to involved parties; track and report on time spent in their field experiences; and collect a body of pre-professional work experience, authenticated by site supervisors. 
2. Faculty can review all students’ field experience documentation in one place; connect with students’ site supervisors as needed; and assess students’ performance against program and accreditation standards using the group rubric assessment tool. 
3. Field staff can easily review and sign off on students’ field experience hours; provide evaluations for their supervisees; and connect with program faculty as needed. 
4. Academic department leadership can validate that all required documentation has been completed before students are placed with external field sites; ensure that field experience expectations are consistently met across the department; and pull robust reporting on field and assessment outcomes.  

Alumni can continue to use Tevera to access their body of work in the system and continue to track time in pre-licensure professional experiences.
