Lumivero’s Experiential Learning Cloud (ELC) is a software solution for higher education institutions that manage experiential learning programs in one unified experience–from placement to assessment to accreditation. 1. Placement teams can collaborate in a dynamic placement workspace to make better placement matches and ensure student completion or all pre-placement tasks.
2. Students can secure field placements at sites suited to their goals and interests; complete and delegate field placement paperwork to involved parties; track and report on time spent in their field experiences; and collect a body of pre-professional work experience, authenticated by site supervisors.
3. Faculty can review all students’ field experience documentation in one place; connect with students’ site supervisors as needed; and assess students’ performance against program and accreditation standards using the group rubric assessment tool.
4. Field staff can easily review and sign off on students’ field experience hours; complete evaluations for their supervisees; and connect with program faculty as needed.
5. Academic department leadership can validate that all required documentation has been completed before students are placed with external field sites; ensure that field experience expectations are consistently met across the department; and pull robust reporting on field and assessment outcomes.
