Cito's QTI-Components is a library for viewing QTI items and presenting QTI assessment tests. The library handles all QTI 3 interactions except drawing. Free online access to the Cito instance (QTI Playground) of the library's code is available at qti.citolab.nl/landing. Here you can also convert and modify QTI 2.x packages into QTI 3 packages.
