The California State University System sees interoperability standards as key to recruiting, retaining, and ultimately, helping students succeed in higher education. The goal is to get the digital ecosystems of all 23 campuses to work together to make it easier for students to apply to various schools, transfer credits between campuses, and provide actionable data for the institutions to better support student needs in order to recruit and retain its students.
