The name 1EdTech Consortium®, the 1EdTech logos, Better Learning Through Better Learning Technology® and Learning Tools Interoperability® (LTI®), Accessible Portable Item Protocol® (APIP®), Question and Test Interoperability® (QTI®), Common Cartridge®, AccessForAll®, OneRoster®, Caliper Analytics®, SensorAPI™, and Competencies and Academic Standards Exchange® (CASE®) are trademarks of 1EdTech Consortium, Inc. in the United States and/or other countries. All other trademarks and registered trademarks are the properties of their respective owners.

Trademark Usage

Only 1EdTech members achieving conformance certification may use the 1EdTech trademark relevant to your certification in association with your organization and product.

Any other use of 1EdTech trademarks, names of specifications or 1EdTech copyrighted materials in connection with an implementation, product or service including any press release or public communication requires prior written approval from 1EdTech.

  1. Correct usage of 1EdTech trademarks requires that the appropriately registered trademark (®) or trademark symbol (™) symbol be listed in connection with the first and/or most prominent appearance of each mark in any document of mass communication, including web pages, marketing collateral, slide decks, white papers, videos, and other materials.
  2. In addition, when an 1EdTech trademark is used, the following must also be present on the materials.
